Rules

Thanks for following all rules. These are here to keep the park safe and open.

All off road trail use is at the vehicle owner/operator’s risk. Every vehicle, passenger and spectator must register at the office and sign liability waivers.

Stay on marked trails.

Everyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Drivers must be 18 or over. Seat belts must be used and child seats are required as mandated by state law. A photo ID may be requested.

Pack it in; pack it out, including cigarettes and cigars.

Operating while intoxicated and consumption of alcohol or other drugs is not allowed. Anyone caught with reasonable suspicion will be asked to leave, no refunds.

Batteries must be securely mounted. All loose gear must be secured.

Must have mufflers. The exhaust decibel levels must not exceed 90dB at a distance of 10 feet behind the vehicle.

Steering box and linkage can not be loose when turning steering wheel.

Must have working brakes. Brakes must be installed and function properly.

Must have adequate roll bar or hard top appropriate to vehicular design.

Maximum tire size is 40 inches. Please check with us for exceptions.

No visible fluid leaks on vehicle.

Recommended equipment/accessories: spare tire, retrieval equipment/ winch, 1st aid kit, CB Radio, tow hooks front/rear, & fire extinguisher.
